These Terms govern your use of the Roto website, apps and services (the "Services") provided by RAMOTO PORTAL L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Roto helps vehicle dealers list and present vehicles, including with AI-enhanced photos, and helps buyers discover vehicles and contact dealers, including through WhatsApp. Roto is not a party to any sale between a dealer and a buyer.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Dealer content

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, prices and photos, and confirm they have the rights to upload them. Dealers grant Roto a licence to host, process (including AI enhancement) and display this content to operate the Services. AI-enhanced images must not misrepresent a vehicle's condition.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services, post false or unlawful content, send spam, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any listing, vehicle, price or transaction. Buyers should inspect vehicles and verify details directly with the dealer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RAMOTO PORTAL L.L.C is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
