This Privacy Policy explains how RAMOTO PORTAL L.L.C ("Roto", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the Roto website, apps and related services (the "Services").

2. Information we collect
- Account and contact details, such as your name, business name, email address and mobile phone number, used to create and secure your account (for example with a one-time verification code).
- WhatsApp messages. When a buyer contacts a dealer through Roto via WhatsApp, we process the phone numbers involved and the content and timing of the messages needed to deliver them and record the enquiry as a lead.
- Photos and vehicle information that dealers upload, including photos processed by our AI enhancement to create studio-style images, and vehicle details such as make, model, year, mileage and price.
- Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, app interactions, device type and approximate location derived from IP address, used to operate, secure and improve the Services.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Services: publishing listings, enhancing photos, connecting buyers and dealers, and managing leads.
- To verify accounts, prevent fraud and keep the Services secure.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations in the United Arab Emirates.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only: between a buyer and the dealer they choose to contact; with service providers that host, process or deliver data for us (such as cloud hosting, messaging and AI image-processing providers) under appropriate safeguards; and where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your choices and account deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion page at roto.ae/delete-account (when available) or email rami@roto.ae from the email or phone number linked to your account. We will confirm and complete the request within a reasonable time, except where we must keep certain records by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
